3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed, for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: We will confirm your return request and provide return shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item.

If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Approved returns: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Original shipping costs: If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the original shipping costs (standard delivery only). If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will refund only the standard delivery cost.
